To ensure you receive a working, high-quality product, our primary resolution for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described is to provide a replacement with an identical item. This policy section details the process and eligibility for such replacements

  • Replacement Pickup & Delivery
  • Pickup Location:
    • The replacement product will be picked up from the address where the original order was delivered.
    • In some cases, we may ask you to send the parcel back to our designated address.
  • Inspection & Verification:
    • Once we receive the product at our address, our team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned product to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria for a replacement.
  • Approval & Shipment:
    • If the product is approved, we will ship a brand-new, identical replacement product to your address.
  • Non-Approval & Return:
    • If the returned product does not meet our replacement eligibility criteria, we will send the same product back to you.
    • In such cases, you will be responsible for a pickup and delivery charge of ₹200.
  • Important: If the product page does not explicitly state that a refund or exchange option is available, then that product is eligible for replacement only.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility Criteria for Refund/Replacement/Exchange

  • Time Frame:
    Requests must be initiated within 1 days of delivery or within the period mentioned on the product page.
    • Note: Refunds and Exchanges for different products are ONLY offered if explicitly and prominently stated as an option on the specific product page. If no such statement is present on the product page, then refunds and exchanges for different products are strictly not available. If the product page does not specify any details regarding refunds or replacement options, then the product is eligible for replacement only.
  • Product Condition:
    The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Documentation:
    Proof of purchase and relevant images or evidence of the defect or damage must accompany your request.
  • General Returns: Qualify to return the items as per below conditions:
    1. Video recording should be taken within 24 hours of product received to you and while opening the courier box, you should cover all details in the video including 360 degrees view,Name and AWB number label and others.
  • While returning the product, all product items should be inside the package with original conditions which you received the product from us.     • Other types of man-made damage.

    • Any third-party repairs or modifications that have not been authorized by Ingamart.
  • Incomplete Returns:
    • Returns missing packages, accessories, or documentation that were originally included.
  • Aesthetic or Packaging Damage:
    • Scratches or damages to the product’s appearance or packaging.
  • Product-Specific Conditions:
    • If the product page indicates that the product is eligible for replacement only, refunds or returns are not permitted.
  • Delivery Issues:
    • Delay in receiving the order is not considered a valid reason for return, replacement, or exchange.
