Ingamart Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Ingamart Affiliate Program! We’re excited to have you on board and help you earn while promoting our products. Please read the following terms carefully before joining.

1. Commission Structure

• Affiliates can earn up to 5% commission per sale, with a maximum of ₹100 per successfully delivered order.
• Commission will be credited after the 7-day replacement period has ended.

2. Commission Payouts

• Payouts are processed on the 1st of every month.
• The minimum commission balance required for withdrawal is ₹2000.

3. Product Policy for Affiliates

• Ingamart provides products free of cost to affiliates for promotion.
• A fixed delivery charge of ₹100 per product will be deducted from the affiliate’s commission.
• If we agree, only then can the affiliate keep the product, and in such a case, the product price will be deducted from their commission.

4. Product Returns & Pickup Charges

• Ingamart may request affiliates to return the product at any time.
• In such cases, a fixed pickup charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the affiliate’s commission.

5. Account Management & Termination

• Ingamart reserves the right to remove, suspend, or delete an affiliate account at any time without prior notice.
• Commission payouts may be canceled at our sole discretion if necessary.

6. Commission Guarantee & Liabilities

• While we strive to ensure our affiliates are fairly compensated, Ingamart is not legally bound or liable to pay commissions under any circumstances.

7. Updates to Terms & Conditions

• Ingamart reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By joining the Ingamart Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms. Ingamart reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
