Cancellation & Return

We are committed to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience & satisfaction.

We believed that you will be pleased with your purchase from IngaMart . However, there might be chances you need to return Or Replace item . We are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.


We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:

  • Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 7 days refund period.
  • Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
  • Product should reach us within 4 day and be in sellable condition

Non Refundable Non Returnable Situations

  • Expired warranty or issues not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
  • Drops or falls
  • Water damage: Being dropped in water; Rain, fog or mist droplets ; Spilling liquid on the phone
  • Other Man-made damage
  • Packages and accessories were not included when send back.
  • Any scratch or damage on the screen and motherboard, or other unauthorized third-party repairs.
  • Any scratch or damage on packaging and apperance.
  •  Product is not eligible for refund. Some products are only eligible for replacement. You can check it on the product page whether the product is eligible for return or not. If nothing is mentioned on the product page it means that the product is eligible for replacement only.

Delay in receiving the order

If you don’t receive your products and you can’t track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

  • In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the money.
  • You will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy.
  • Return will only be made in form of Bank Transfer Only.

Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return address is mentioned on the label.

* Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Applicable Charges Payable by Buyer

  1. Customers must pay the Return shipping fees for returning
  2. Customers must pay Repair Cost if Any

For Pods 2 & Pods pro

Only replacement available for above two products.

Product should be in good condition with all accessories.

No Warranty for Backup but if backup is lesser then 2 hrs and we find your replacement request genuine we will process your replacement.

if we found product fully working at the time of replacement customer may have to pay Rs 200 to Rs 300 Delivery and Replacement charges.

In some cases customers are allowed to replace Pods 2 with Pods pro and vice versa.

Maximum two replacement are allowed per order.

How to Return/Replace Product?

We always work hard to give our customer best level of satisfaction. However, might be chance when buyer will to return/Replacement for order.

  • Place your request for Return/ Replacement by Email at Details You have to mail us
  1. Mail Subject – Return/Replacement/Refund/Repair
  2. Order Number
  3. Reason  for Return/ Replacement

After that you have to stay back and relax we will reach you as soon as possible by mail or Phone call

What should do when your return request get approved?

Ship the product to us and send below details at

  1. Tracking number
  2. Returning back Product list 
  3. Reason For Return
  4. Original Order number  for each item 5.All Return Packages must choose Post Office, we won’t receive/sign the parcel if, there are any duties to be paid due to shipping by express. If any such duties have been paid, the same will be collected from the customer before re-shipping the repaired/replaced products.

Refund Timelines

We usually initiate eligible refunds within 14 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse.

We reserve the right to reject your Return Request.
