Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@ingamart.com with your order details.
  2. After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still initiate a return once the item has been delivered to you.

Automatic Cancellation

  • In rare cases, Ingamart.com may cancel your order due to inventory issues, payment problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified via email if your order is canceled.

Refund Policy

1.Refund Duration: Refunds will be processed within [insert duration, e.g., 7-10 business days] from the date of cancellation or return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the damaged item.
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item or process a refund.
  3. General Returns: Qualify to return the items as per below conditions:
    1. Video recording should be taken within 24 hours of product received to you and while opening the courier box, you should cover all details in the video including 360 degrees view,Name and AWB number label and others.
    2. ⁠please Share the recorded video through our contact details to claim for return and we will validate your video recording then we will process for refund.
  4. While returning the product, all product items should be inside the package with original conditions which you received the product from us. Any damage or missing items in return package, then that product will not qualify for return or replacement.
  5. We will initiate dispatch of replacement products within 48 hours of the time of return product reached us .

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@ingamart.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  4. Inspection and Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Payment and Refunds via Razorpay

All payments and refunds are processed securely through Razorpay. Once a refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email from Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
